I felt the service was nice but he went straight to the high item services instead of what the issue was. I had already told him the sensors were not working on the garage. He touched a few wire and told me that it was a logic board that’s was over 300.00. When the garage still didn’t work properly wanted me to purchase a new garage door opener. That would have cost 800.00. My wife came down and asked if he even checked the sensors but she had already done some troubleshooting before the company was called out. He did check the sensors and that was the problem. This would have been a costly repair that wasn’t necessary. Like I said the man was nice but I don’t know if they are trained to go for the higher price items but I wouldn’t call them again to service my garage again. We still ended up paying 200 with service charge. When normally the service is deducted from the fee when it’s over a certain amount.

I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly for the low battery warning on my alarm.com system. My alarm company wasn’t very helpful in locating the issue, so I called Precision. It was easy to make the appointment and Ben arrived on time. He found the problem and quickly fixed it, showing me how to fix it when this battery dies. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He added a keypad to my other garage door, having all the needed parts on his truck. I appreciated him letting me know that the main garage door spring is under configured (previous homeowner, different garage door firm), and to expect it to not last, but that it didn’t need replacing yet.

Great response, mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the broken spring in another45 minutes. Not sure why we were charged a $23 fuel surcharge when the mechanic arrived in less than 30 minutes from our call. He was not arriving by airplane.

Everyone I dealt with in the office and in the field was friendly, timely, professional and customer-focused and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I have found my garage door service company. I called with a broken spring, and Owen came out the same day. After a little, no-pressure discussion, I decided to replace the my whole door. Soon after, Mike came out and installed the door. He was very professional and did a great job. I had some concrete work done, and Austin came out to re-adjust the door. JOEY was a consumate professional. He knocked on the door and greeted me with a smile. We went into the garage (it was about 34 degrees!) He surveyed the problem and started repairs right away. The door was way off it's tracks. I had picked/raised the door manually too roughly (seriously.) The remote has stopped working last week. Joey helped re-track the door and checked out all the working parts. He performed a lube job and got the electric eye reset. Joey also screwed in the door button and re-set the remote control. he tried to get some other remotes to work, but, nope. joey is very congenial, professional and we appreciate his service.
