Terrific Experience. I called on a Monday morning and was able to secure an appointment time the next day. It was not an urgent matter or I could have secured an appointment time the same day. I received a call from the service technician when he was on his way. I also got a text not only indicating that he was on his way but even telling me a little bit about the technician, which definitely added a personal touch. Ultimately, the technician was able to identify my problem, walk me through options and ultimately solve my issue. The headache of the garage door for my family has been alleviated and all within a very timely and cost effective way.

The service men were on time preceding with a tel call before arrival. Accomplished the repair quickly and offered to help in another area if needed.. I have tall ceilings and they replaced a burned out light bulb. I would recommend the service of the company.

My significant other had previously used Precision and was very pleased. Corey and Rick came to my house today. They were very cordial. Since I live a block from the Indy 500 track and Rick took his boys to the race last year. Also Corey used to live in Speedway. Precision garage door’s website was easy to navigate and to set up an appointment. Teddy F. arrived on time and was awesome. He was very informative and clearly communicated three options. Teddy had all materials needed to replace the parts in his truck. It was nice that he could complete service right then. He completed job in about 1.5 hours. When finished he throughly explained everything he replaced and operated garage door a couple of times in front of me. Teddy was very professional and a complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

OK so we were house sitting last week for our son in Carmel. His garage door spring snapped and the door would not go up. Kevin was our tech and was outstanding in presenting our options and pricing. He took care of us like we were family. Then the following week our home in Noblesville which is new had the same thing happen .. snapped spring. Ryan L was our tech and gave us the same experience we had with Kevin. Really outstanding people who know what they are doing and can help guide you.
