Lightning struck our garage door opener making it difficult to exit our garage. We called Precision and were greeted with a very nice lady who was most helpful. We explained our situation and she made things happen. Within a very short time Tyler was dispatched to our home and had us up and running in no time. Tyler was so helpful and accommodating. Such a gentleman and nice young man. If you are in need of any service for your garage door, please call Precision. You won't be disappointed!

I called to have our very noisy garage door adjusted. Andrew and helper arrived within the two hour window, inspected our door, found our opener to be wearing out and the door track not leveled properly. We decided to purchase a belt driven opener in addition to the adjustments. It's amazing how quiet our door is now. They did a great job, were informative, and very easy to work with. I definitely would recommend them.

My garage door went out on Memorial Day weekend which was a huge inconvenience. I contacted precision and they were great. They quickly gave me a repair window and did not charge me a premium for weekend or holiday rates. Josh was the repairman and he was awesome. He quickly assessed the situation and thoroughly explained the problems to me. He did a complete walkthrough of the problems and pointed out futures concerns as well. After that, he had me up and running in 40 minutes and now both my doors work better than when they were initially installed.

The installers were good. However, I felt like I got ripped off with the price I paid over twice as much as my friend did for the same problem. I will not use precision again.
