I needed to have my son's garage door bottom seal replaced. Great service, they were able to schedule same day service. Teddy contacted me with his arrival time. He did a great job. Replaced the seal and the retainer which was also needed. I will recommed Teddy and Precision for any future Garage door service.

I have previously used Precision. On the initial visit the technician gave me a sticker which is above the opener so easy to contact. You only have 1 time to make a 1st impression and this is all it took for me to be a loyal customer. Mike Felton was professional, honest, courtious, explained everything in detail. Your Company has an exception employee. I will never use any other Company for my repair issues and will refer your company to my neighbors.
