Your company did not impress me, The guy who installed our garage door couldn't even remember the job address when he told me the job was completed(14015 Springmill ponds blvd)..via voicemail.. Also your company had to reschedule the appt from The original time scheduled. Please work on your customer service. 2 stars...

We had the best experience with Precision Garage Door, yesterday. Our old garage door wasn't functioning anymore. I called at 9:00am and someone was at our door at 1:00. Josh explained the reasons the door was no longer working. He fixed the door so we could use it for awhile. It's clear we need new garage doors and feel confident in buying them and having them installed by Precision Garage Door. Had a very nice experience and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Troy came out and did a wonderful job installing our new garage door. He was very quick and did a great job. There was some damage to our trim after the install but working with the office staff they corrected the problem and again did a great job. I will recommend Precision for any garage door service or installation to my friends. They have been such a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the whole process. My wife and I are so very pleased with our new door and trim.
