My initial call was caused by a broken spring. When Josh arrived, he thoroughly examined and then explained the additional damage to the door itself. He answered all of my questions and provided 2 options along with the pros, cons and cost of each. I decided to replace the door completely, including springs and track. Josh's communication was professional, thorough, and timely; and he scheduled the door replacement within 2 days. Tim installed the new door. He was professional and courteous. He explained the installation and answered questions thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the people and the work that was done.

Mike was great! He explained everything in a way that I could understand. We had multiple issues with our garage door: broken spring, rusted cable, worn bearings and drums. Excellent job by the technician (Ben). Problem with the opener explained well. Replacement of opener and springs (previous were wrong for our door) done very well. He explained our options clearly before the installation. Now three weeks later, everything working smoothly. We are well satisfied and will definitely recommend your company.

I called in the late afternoon to see how quickly someone could come out to inspect/repair our garage door. I was thrilled that someone could come out that evening. Even though it was "after hours" the service fee was less than what other companies charge during normal business hours. It was nice to save money and do it on my schedule. The technician, Mike, showed up early and quickly figured out what was wrong. He was thorough and professional and fast! We had our garage door running again in no time, and it's even quieter now.
