Replaced motor, and they were very fast, came first thing in the morning as promised. Our installer, Kyle, was very professional and gave us options to either replace a stripped gear or get a new motor. Have used Precision twice now, and don't see any reason to go anywhere else.

I chose Precision because of the wonderful reviews on the website. Kyle was my service technician. What a wonderful young man. He was professional, nice and made recommendations not pushy sales suggestions. I very much appreciate his honesty and integrity. A simple door eye adjustment fixed the door closing issue. Kyle then adjusted the springs, balanced the door and lubricated both of my garage doors. I will be using Precision Door Service in the future and requesting Kyle.

Service was great, fast and cost less than another vendor. They gave me a choice of several two-hour time windows in the same day. My door was fixed within 2.5 hours after my call. The technician checked the rest of the door for other issues, and was knowledgeable and professional. Video on the site about spring replacement was very helpful.

Bait and Switch The technician was very forthright and respectful and was in a rough situation. The quote I received was for the standard springs. The technician informed me that his branch is out of them but would discount the more expensive springs. After the discount and his best efforts I was given a price 350 which was 100 more. It was Saturday and I had to get the job performed so I accepted the terms. The technician did an excellent job and was very helpful. Still at the end of the day, if the company is out of the standard springs then the sales people who take the calls should share that information. If I had known, I would had called the other garage door providers to come to my house on Saturday.
