Precision Door Service responded quickly to service our overhead garage door and their technician Shawn T. arrived early in the morning and quickly identified the problem. Additionally Shawn discovered some preventive maintenance issues and offered my wife and I several solutions without pressuring us. The work was done within 2 or so hours on 4 garage doors and Shawn thoroughly explained how to use the new equipment. Shawn and Precision Door are a stellar 5 stars. My wife and I recommend this company with no reservation!

24hr service was awesome when it’s late at night and cold outside. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (which was a Saturday) with ease because the call center was readily available to help! The next day first thing in the morning had a brand new motor and rollers installed in less than a couple of hours!

Brandon did a great job repairing our broken springs. He was thorough in explaining what HAD TO be repaired, what COULD BE done to avoid future problems, and what MIGHT BE considered to give the longest lasting performance. I wasn't pressured and there were no hidden costs. The repairs were done quickly and correctly (and at 6am Monday morning)! I couldn't expect better service or performance. I highly recommend Precision!

So far we are very pleased with our up dated garage doors and the service the technician provided to accomplish that service. He was excellent in his explanation to us on what he thought needed to be done. Some days later, while working another project in the neighborhood, he stopped by to check up on us to see if every thing was ok and if we had any questions. We thank you all.
