I was browsing the internet and found Precision... I will say it was a great decision to have them service my garage. Matt(technician) was Awesome! He came out and explained what I thought was the issue really wasn't my issue. He was very thorough when explaining what the issue was and how he would correct it. The breakdown of parts and service I feel were reasonable. Fixing my issue and peace of mind knowing that the work is done correctly is of utmost importance rather than price! Our Garage Lock was jammed. The service rep Devin Mysyk, was very polite & advised us that “we did not need to replace the lock”. He simply unjammed it. My husband wanted to replace the lock but Devin, was honest with us & told us “it wasn’t necessary more than 1 time. We really appreciated his honesty & the company’s prompt service. The representative was @ our home within an hour of our calling. I would highly recommend your company & Devin.
