The work we chose was done effectively and tested many times to ensure the problem was fixed. He cleaned the work site and went through the bill and warranty in detail. We had a broken spring and it was completed in less than 30 minutes. The repair guy Danny was incredible. He was extremely friendly, flexible with his arrival time (I was running late getting home from work), and also was open and honest about what needed to be completed. He evaluated my garage doors and made the best recommendation, instead of coming in with an agenda or trying to up-sell me on anything. Great experience from beginning to end.

It was easy to schedule them to come out and they came when they said. The only problem was it cost $65 for 5 min of work. The service guy said that 98% of the time my problem was the door sensor and it was. It would have been nice if they said this when I called to so I could look at that. I knew it was going to cost something for a service call but 5 min for $65? I would have thought maybe at most $35. No one even told me what the service cost would be when I called. But I know now and I know who not to call.
