Shawn was very professional and explained the issue we were experiencing; our old opener was worn out and needed to be replaced and some of the overhead rollers were worn. He checked the overhead door and verified it was fine and balanced. Shawn was here before the scheduled time and completed the new opener track and rollers in around 1.5 hours. He took all the old parts and cleaned up after, overall, the experience was great and now our garage door is quiet and working properly.

I contacted Precision Garage Doors for help with a garage door not opening properly. Within 4 hours of initial contact, their technician was at my home. He diagnosed the problem as well as fully inspecting both doors. We were presented with several options for repair/replacement. We chose to repair both doors, which he did on the same visit. The pricing was very fair. We were very happy with Precision and would not hesitate to use them again or refer to them.
