Best experience we have ever had with Precision Door. We received a text message with a picture of the technician that was coming to install the door which was really nice. Rey and Matt( I hope I got that name right). They were so polite I really enjoyed working with them. Nathan and Shawn finished the job as ours was a complicated door. They were great also, felt like they were family. I highly recommend them. We may could have gotten it done for less but never even considered it. I know they will take care of any problems if we have any.

Darren was so genuinely kind and helpful! He called and let me know exactly what time I could expect him to come by. There wasn't a way for him to repair the garage door, but gave me a quote for a new one and was able to get the garage door closed for safety. Before he left, he did everything he could to help and answer any questions I had. 12/10 would recommend.

Shawn was very professional and explained the issue we were experiencing; our old opener was worn out and needed to be replaced and some of the overhead rollers were worn. He checked the overhead door and verified it was fine and balanced. Shawn was here before the scheduled time and completed the new opener track and rollers in around 1.5 hours. He took all the old parts and cleaned up after, overall, the experience was great and now our garage door is quiet and working properly.

My older moms garage door opener died yesterday. Precision had a tech: Darren arrive this morning. I really like how they emailed me his info / photo so she would feel secure having him in her house / garage. He showed me where the tension spring had broken and we discussed other issues on the older system. I asked for a get it operational and get it upgraded cost estimates . Darren did a good job of sorting the options with cost vs long term benefit. I decided on new motor, controls, springs , ect. He was polite and professional thru the entire process. I suspect there are less expensive outfits to do this work but I was impressed with the quality of the installation and the detail of Darren’s explanations concerning switchology, WiFi smart phone operation and the product / company warranty. I will recommend this company to any one needing garage door work.
