Scheduling was so easy and fast. Repairman called in advance of appointment to give expected time of arrival. We are so happy to have found this company. They were immediately responsive to my inquiry, made an appointment to have a tech come to our house (an hour away from their business), the appt. was confirmed via email, the tech called to let us know when he would be arriving. Once he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He found the problem in a few minutes, and corrected it. We were sure we'd have to pay for a new opener or at least a huge repair bill. The whole visit was more than reasonable. I have no hesitation about calling them again should any other problem arise, and recommend anyone needing help in this area to give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Bravo!!

I was told that a technician would contact me , by phone, between the hours of 8 am & 4 pm to perform a diagnosis on my Lift Master opener! Stayed near the phone all day, with no response from your company! While I was in the shower, your technician called around 6:30 pm, and he showed up to my home at 7:00 pm! His name was Bryce, and we diagnosed the problem, which ended up being that I needed an entire replacement unit! He quoted me some prices, that I thought was very expensive, but he assured me of the quality and lifetime warranty of the unit! He was very knowledgeable and very professional, and he installed the new unit, and explained the operation of said unit! He finished the job, to my satisfaction around 9:30 pm!

Very good service. I did have an issue after the fact when my invoice copy was sent that there was a $10 fuel service fee? No mention of this extra fee when I booked the appointment 3 days before, it was just added to the invoice??
