I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Courteous staff, same day response, and excellent work done by professional installer Brian. He called to let me know what time he was arriving, arrived on time, checked what happened to my garage door opener, showed me the problem, explained my options clearly and performed the work I requested. After he was done, he showed me and explained everything he had done, explained the warranties, and programmed the wireless keypad and my cars. Overall outstanding job. I first checked for Lift Master dealers and was given three companies that were out of town. I then searched intown garage door companies and recognized Precision from TV adds. Check you out and you carried Lift Master and were local. Every detail from first phone call to completed job was exceptionally well handled. We had the most wonderful experience with Precision! I called at 3:45pm on a Sunday and a technician was here by 4:30pm. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! I appreciated the email they sent confirming our appointment window and especially that they included pictures and bios of their technicians. Our technician, Mike, called 30 minutes before he arrived (like the receptionist said he would) and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After completely assessing our damage, he gave us an estimate and once the work was done, the invoice was actually less. He was careful with salvaging what he could and even explained to what the issues were. He also fixed our garage remote which hadn't been working in 6 years! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and will definitely be recommending them!
