I had started working with another garage door companies. They did not have a replacement spring for my door. They supposedly ordered the replacement but after three weeks of saying they had not gotten the spring, i told them to cancel it. Precision was the first garage repair that popped up on my search. The ad said that I would get prompt reliable service. I called on the weekend and I had a repairman at my house at 8:30Monday morning! He called when he was on the way and was very quick and professional with his service. Although I hope to not need to call again, if necessary, I would if I had cause.

As a Senior Citizen, it is hard not worry about what you should do or what you should buy. I called the Precision Door number and told them my problem. "Senior Citizen Day" is Wednesday and they suggested that if I could wait until then I could get a discount. Cory, my Service Technician, arrived at my door promptly at the time they texted me and first took the time to look the problem over and than showed me the choices and cost of what needed to be done. He did not try to sell me an entire new door or whatever. He showed me what he found and what needed to replaced. I couldn't been happier with the service and I would certainly recommend my Senior Friends to use this company.

If I could give 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. The technician came to my home today and I told him what the issues were. He looked over my system and said it would be $599 to replace 1 safety sensor and to replace the circuit board, which is not bad. I said absolutely not. I could buy a brand new system alot cheaper. He left after charging me $59 to look at my system. I went to Home Dept and bought the safety sensor for less than $40. I new my circuit board wasn't bad so I switched the wall consoles around and IT WORKS. I will have to buy a new wall console, it cost $28 on Amazon. So for $68 I fixed it myself.

Precision has previously installed new garage doors but because the house was being renovated, we weren’t ready for the wall mount openers. Brad and his assistant (sorry I didn’t get his name) came to mount the wall openers and new sensors that were needed. They were prompt, courteous and quick! Thanks again!

Brad and Joe came to our house to check out our garage door functions. We were given different options with the cost for each option. Once we decided what to do they installed our new motor and accessories in a very timely fashion. They also set up my wife's car to open the garage door. They also were 2 hours early.
