Our garage door had began to sag in the middle when in the up position, then grew cracks on two panels. Removed connecting arm from opener before something bad happened. Called Precision door, had someone out the next day. Wrote up estimate, reviewed all work to be done and scheduled date for new door. I understood time required because of times we're in. No problem waiting 3 weeks. Surprised to see only one person arrive to do door removal and install, but wow. All work done in 3 hours. Very professional people all the way around. Lastly, costs where reasonable and well worth it. I don't expect issues later but if there is I won't hesitate to call them again.

Could not have asked for a more prompt and professional service! Spring broke and we were not able to manually lift doors to get car out. Being a Saturday we were not sure someone would be available. Called Precision and they were there in less than 2 hours. Chasen was very informative, professional and friendly. He immediately accessed what was wrong and had it working in no time.
