Garage door motor replaced and adjusted to run smooth. The agent was very professional and took time to explain the door problems to me. Then what needed to be done. I had the motor replaced. It took about 1 hour for the job to be completed.

The repairmen were very pleasant to work with. They repaired the door (belt drive) in a timely manner. I will probably use your company again, if needed. I do have a complaint : I wish the receipt explained what was done and break down the charges. Such as service call, parts and labor. Other than the receipt I was satisfied with the work done.

Carlos was the perfect repair man. He explained and showed us what we needed to do. Explained the warranty etc. Was very precise and friendly. We upgraded our garage door opener and along with the parts and repairs last year, we should be good for another 20 hears. We have always used Precision since we moved here 21 years ago. Excellent service from the scheduler to the mechanic! I called a little after 6 a.m. but the young lady was cheerful, polite, patient and VERY professional! Told me everything I needed to know and scheduled my service. The repairman was Carlos and he was MAGNIFICENT in every way as well. He called and said he could get here earlier than originally thought if I was available then came in completed the job! I recommend this team to anyone!!

Door spring broke on Sunday and needed it replaced that day, had to pay the emergency rate of $150 but it was worth it. Ryan Dale called and let me know when he would arrive. He replaced both springs with powder coated and explained the low maint for them not needing constant oiling. He showed me how to set my garage door opener on my Mazda, and how to set extra openers as backup. Great job thanks. Russ

Our garage door had began to sag in the middle when in the up position, then grew cracks on two panels. Removed connecting arm from opener before something bad happened. Called Precision door, had someone out the next day. Wrote up estimate, reviewed all work to be done and scheduled date for new door. I understood time required because of times we're in. No problem waiting 3 weeks. Surprised to see only one person arrive to do door removal and install, but wow. All work done in 3 hours. Very professional people all the way around. Lastly, costs where reasonable and well worth it. I don't expect issues later but if there is I won't hesitate to call them again.

I was satisfied with my quick service. However, your company should look at your hung door charge. There should not be a charge when the technician simply pushed the garage door down because it was raised about half of a foot from the floor.
