I was extremely pleased with the promptness of service that was provided to adjust my garage door spring assembly. I called around 10:00am today and had a technician take care of the problem at about 2:00 pm this afternoon. Kyle Beasley was the technician. Kyle was very polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I hope he will be the one that answers the call.

Broken spring, called and got next day service. Mr Carlos was the technician that arrived. He additionally found bad bearings and fixed the door really fast. I also told him about an issue with my other garage door and he identified worn-out (23 years-old) springs so he also fixed that door. Mr Carlos is an exceptional technician who well represents "Precision Garage Door ". He fixed both doors in about 2 hours. I whined about the cost but Mr Carlos was worth every penny. Yes I'm a satisfied customer and Precision is in my contacts.

I waited 3 days for your competitor to call me back to make an appointment . With my other half breathing fire down my neck, I called Precision. An appointment was made right away for the next day. On my appointment day, your technician Ryan, called to ask if he could show up early. he was 30 minutes away and i said come on. Ryan installed a new belt driven opener , wired for a new bell button, new electronic photo eye at the bottom of the door, plus programmed the opener to two remotes and an outside key pad that he installed on the door jam. He was professional, very thorough, very fast, very knowledgeable in his trade and experienced to work around a problem that arose during the installation.

Ryan was fantastic - very professional and very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to get my garage door back to where it was whe installed about 2 years ago. However, the lady from your call center (I think her name was August or something like that) was extremely short and sounded like she could care less about helping me. I almost hung up the phone but had great experience before with your technicians and your product. You also lost a sale on a new opener and possibly a door because I referred a neighbor to your company and he apparently got the same woman and was treated very unprofessionally. I explained to Ryan about how my friend was treated and asked that he pass it along to his supervisor. You cannot afford to have people like that representing you on initial calls. My neighbor ended up going with Overhead Doors just because of her attitude. Please make sure you get this corrected.
