My 15 year old garage spring broke Satuday morning. Called Precision after searching the internet. Saw the high ratings. Made a call for repair around 10am but not really expecting such a quick turnaround for a Saturday. Repairman Roy Amerine called at 2:00 and arrived at 2:35pm. Reviewed my door and took the time to show me my problems areas after a thorough inspection. Recommended the needed areas of attention with no pressure. I opted to make some additional improvements after having some minor issues over the 15 years. Let's just say, 2 1/2 hours later i'm up and running and quieter than the original. Thanks for the quick turnaround.
