I came upon Precision Garage Door Service browsing the internet. As a result, out of three estimates Precision Garage Doors received my business because Jason Davis, Specialist was knowledgeable about the product, he didn't over sale by giving me more information than required, he listened to what I wanted and stuck to exactly that, and he mentioned other items such as wall station, keypad, wifi, and discounts as part of the package. Kayla Urbina - followed up on my estimate, assured me a point of contact for questions, and assisted me through the DocuSign process. Fred Griffin, Installer - was prompt, work diligently, stayed focused, answered all questions, and did a great job installing two new Garage Doors, and one new Garage Door Opener. My interaction with all three employees were professional and pleasurable. I appreciate the experience and will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Service to friends and family. Thanks

Technician was very responsive, professional, and competent. He fixed the door efficiently and was personable and answered all questions. However, charging $377 for 45 minutes of work seems a bit steep to me.

The service I received from Precision was A plus. The technician took the time to explain everything he was doing. Showed me the actual problems before and after he completed the work. Explained how the mechanisms worked and why different parts needed replaced. Sorry I can't remember his name, but would definitely request him again.
