My Technician Chris was awesome! He called as he left his prior stop to let me know when he would arrive. I appreciate it when a business realizes my time is not theirs to waste. When he arrived he quickly found the problem and explained what was needed to my wife and I and was very friendly and wanted us satisfied. technician showed up on time / called in advance / repaired the broken springs in less than 2 hours // only complaint was $1100 seemed a bit high to replace the 2 springs and replace bearings & drum (2 hours labor). Also thought the technician would wear a mask inside the residence (of course not outside doing the job)

I was happy at first, until a bolt came off and damage my 1967 ford mustang. I've called twice to see who they are going to fix my car and no one has called me back. I guess I will get a lawyer and call channel 46, better call Harry and see how I go about this.

Technician could not change my pad code for me which was the reason I called and was told can be done by reprogramming. He didn't know how.
