Called two local companies who have yet to return my phone call from two days prior. Precision had a technician out the next day. Company sent an e-mail with photos of employees who may serve us and picture of company truck. Very impressed with that feature. Very happy with response time! Technician, David Sweeney, called beforehand that he will be about 30 minutes early before scheduled arrival time. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
