The technician, Noah, called ahead to confirm he was on the way. Arrived well within the appointment window. All our new Precision garage door required was an adjustment of the locking bar. He took care of it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent Service!

I called Precision because my door opener broke and they installed a new garage two years ago. Their service man came over and did a great job installing the new opener the garage no longer makes any noise while opening and it is smooth opening and closing which is wasn't before. I would recommend Precision for doing a great job for me.

Worst experience ever. I explained problem on phone and make of opener. Was told they could fix. Technician shows up and says doesn't have the part. I was sent estimate to replace for $1200.00. Had second company show up same day and repair exiting unit for less than $200.

Extremely satisfied with prompt same day service, courtesy of person answering phone, and professionalism and knowledge base of technician. I contacted other companies who said the soonest they could get there was 1 to 4 days. A few years ago, we had the identical problem in another Southern Florida city, used Precision and had the same great service. Thank you for doing what you advertise and for maintaining high quality customer service at a reasonable price.

I just completed a spring replacement. Everything was above board ... they quoted a price range for the work on the phone, then came out the next day on schedule. The repairman (Todd) was excellent. I liked that there was no "funny business. This is a company that I will use again.
