Our door was 10 years old and was in need or an overhaul. We had Willy as our service technician and he did a complete overhaul of the springs, rollers, bearings and shaft. It is now running very smoothly and quietly. I would highly recommend Willy as he is professional, knowledgeable, hard working and all around good guy.

I have used Precision three times now and each time they have been professional, timely, and courteous in their response. The reason for 4 stars in my opinion is value. I find it a remarkable coincidence that the parts used only carry a two year warranty, and yet somehow they seem to fail just after the two years have past. I guess these manufactures have really figured it out. Secondly, after I or anyone has to replace or fix their garage door out of necessity because something broke, please don't have the repairmen hand over the ipad with multiple tipping options anywhere from 10-25% for a 1-2 hour job. I appreciate the man's hard work and his time, and probably would tip him accordingly, but why is a company that is established and as well known as you are allowing this. It's putting the customer in an awkward position to feel like they have to give an extra ($68 - $171 dollars in my case as a thank you). It's not like I had a choice and I'm ordering steaks. It's not right. Precision should consider a better way of handling this in my opinion.
