JOSE did a thorough job and educated me on the needs for now vs. general maintenance for the future. I was disappointed only in the fact that I was charged a disposal fee and there was nothing removed to dispose of as well as we used my own supplies to oil the wheels and hinges. I asked him to show me where I was to spray for maintenance. He adjusted the sensors and checked the balance of the door. Just adding on fuel and things makes the waived $89.00 kind of a farce. Other than that, they were on time and did suggest $1600+ worth of things that may be needed in the future.

Precision came out to replace the keypad on my mother’s automatic garage door. After the serviceman left, she realized that the light was not working in coordination with the door. She called and someone came out to fix this issue for a charge of $85. If the rep had checked to see that the door was functioning properly, he would have seen that the light was not working and this charge wouldn’t have been necessary. In addition, the first rep didn’t explain how to work the new keypad.

I had my garage door and opener installed yesterday by precision. Everything went extremely well, the installer contacted me hour before hand to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time . Naldo and his coworker were very professional and knowledgeable with the install. They worked very quick and methodical in very hot ???? conditions. They went over every detail of the install and how to operate and maintain the hinges and springs. When they were finished I had a beautiful, well balanced, very quiet garage door . I highly recommend precision if you are in need of a garage door.

I must say that the tech that came out was not only rude, he spent all of 5 minutes here telling me the garage door that I just paid $4400 4 months ago is working fine. My garage door broke on a Saturday. I contacted Precision Door Service, , and they had a Technician at my house that afternoon. My Service Technician was Willy. What an amazing job he did, with a very difficult problem!!! He diagnosed the issue promptly, but due to the unique nature of my garage, the repair took hours to complete!!! Willy was patient, explained everything to me in depth, and we were able to come up with a solution. He worked tirelessly to finish the job! While there, I asked him to also look at a second garage door that wasn’t working properly… he did an amazing job on that door too!!! His knowledge of his business, professionalism, and communication were fantastic! The repair went into the evening, but he stayed very late, and finished fixing the primary door. He had to return to finish fixing the other door, came promptly and did another excellent repair, with an even more difficult install!!! Precision Door Service and Willy both have my highest recommendation!!!!
