I was pleased with the original estimate we received over the phone to replaced the springs. When the tech arrived the estimate he gave us was 3 times the estimate. Garage doors are pretty standard And this company deals with this all the time so the cost should NEVER be three times the estimate. That being said, the technician was very knowledgeable and great explaining everything that needed to be repaired. He did a great job.

Alex the technician called and told me exactly when he would arrive, and he did. He looked at every part and operated the door. He was very methodical in his analysis and described in detail what it would take to make my door operate as if new. He shared the cost of each item and was very specific as to what was included. He gave me a couple of options; I made my decision and he went to work. In less than an hour he was explaining the operation of my new opener, the remotes and security mode. William and his trainee did a fantastic job. The former homeowner did a horrible job installing the garage door opener and springs. It sounded like a train wreck and the door jumped back and forth on the rails. In addition, it was dangerous. Now it is perfect. The only sound we hear is from the motor. The door is perfectly balanced. The torsion spring is amazing. Thank you gentlemen for your exceptional work.
