Had a 12-4 appt window. Mark called at 9:48 saying he was close and could be here in 15 minutes if that worked for me. He replaced the springs and rollers, was done at 11:30. Mark explained options for springs and warranties of each. Mark was friendly and efficient. I give him a 5 rating

We recently had our garage door broken springs, replaced, new bearings and roller wheels. Our garage door began making a snapping sound on activation, we called Precision Door with request to return and fix problem. I called at 5:00 am and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Seth the service tech. came and was very courteous and knowledgeable. The repair (broken springs) was done and he also identified another problem which was repaired. The price was reasonable and the service was great as well as the warranty. Would definitely recommend.
