My door is easily 20 years old and just broke. I swore it was me. I must have moved the laser beam holder. But it wasn’t. He showed me the spring was in 2 pieces. So he gave me several options. Good. Better and best. Of course replace. I dismissed the replace. I can see the physical door is fine. I bought all the repairs and also had it reinforced. I put in an outdoor keypad as well. I’m happy… so far

They are a great company to deal with, as I had to get to an appointment and could not open the garage door due to a broken spring. They were kind enough to send over some guys to open my garage door by hand so I could leave. Later that day, John the tech, came to replace the spring in the door and all is good now. They went above and beyond with the service, and they will have my business in the future.

I chose Precision because they fixed my door in Nov., did a good job, but the door again broke. I had a warranty so I called them. it turned out this time it was the motor not the springs. John Roetzer showed up the next morning, was efficient, and did a great job. I like that Precision is prompt, professional, and very organized.

Doug did a great job in performing the annual maintenance on my two garage doors and pointed out one item to keep an eye on that may need replacing in the future. He did install a new Genie console pad after I talked with Gaetano and got the correct price instead of what initially was quoted by the system…..showed good customer focus on both their parts.

Working alone, Brian installed an entire garage door opening system. He did a phenomenal job. (he didn't even need my help) When he was finished, he clearly explained everything about the system. This was my second experience with Precision and I would use them again and recommend them highly. It's also quite amazing how quickly appointments can be made. Your tech Fisher was right on time and completed a detailed inspection prior to beginning service. I recommended an opener that met all our needs and even pointed out our rollers should be replaced as the bearings were showing some wear due to their age. Once everything was completed, he ensured that all the openers were programmed, the keypads were coded and even the openers in our vehicles were operational. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door service or replacement.
