Our experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent starting with my call for service. My conversation with the scheduler was quick and responsive to my needs.....cheerful as well! I asked for Doug Mason and the scheduler was most cooperative and made it happen as I had requested. Tale of 2 days: initially set up repair for next day service & specifically asked & was told by service rep that if no one was home, garage door would be open & to CALL me with ANY questions or concerns; day of service I see tech has arrived at our place but after 3 plus hours no call or anything so I contacted office where Anthony saved the day & got another tech (Ephraim - great guy) out the next day since nothing was ever done by original tech.. So job was completed a day later than necessary. Need to tighten up sloppy miscommunication with all the other competitors out there..

Very responsive to problem with door not opening. Provide me with options to handle situation--system was 19 years old. I decided to replace the entire system including motor, springs, cable, and rollers, etc. The two technicians, John and Josh, were very courteous, kept me informed on work as it was being done, cleaned up afterwards, made sure all equipment was working properly, synced remote controls and car remote button. All handled the same day that I called for service. Highly recommend this company.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to find my garage door was not operable. I made a call to Precision Door and they promised me it would be fixed the same day. The technician Matt paid very close attention to detail to select the correct garage door springs and made all of the adjustments to ensure the door would operate both correctly and safely. He also provided me with some home maintenance tips to keep the door working in optimal condition in the future. The three gentlemen who came out were very friendly and professional. They explained to me how they were going to address the problems with my door. They made some adjustments and repairs and now my door works perfectly, with no issues. They also showed me how to spray the hinges every six months to keep the door working at peak performance.
