Justin was great to work with! Garage door would not open on a Tuesday. Went on the website and booked appointment for the next day, Wednesday. Justin called and let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived exaclty on time, which I greatly appreciated because it was a 4 hour window. While here, he was very cordial, respectful of the home and overall friendly. He asked very good questions, gave me a few different quotes to look at. Once we decided on a plan of action, he worked on it and resolved it within the hour. Obviously everyone elses milage may vary. Now everything works - and it was a very fair price for his labor!

My garage door keypad was only working in warmer weather, making it often times impossible to open when needed...probably just due to normal wear and tear. Precision replaced it with a new one in only 15 minutes and for a reasonable price.

Precision is an amazing company. After years as a customer with Overhead garage, I was so happy to have a company respond in a timely manner when we had a problem. That was a month ago. Matt Jones was our guy at that visit. amazing. Then this week another problem occurred and Precision was right on it and sent Joe Baker.another home run. While my technician was prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. I believe that the prices charged were outrageous, I was not told the cost of the repairs until the work had already been completed. I was charged 250 dollars for 15-20 mins total and a pair of door sensors. Even if you charged multiple times the standard price for the sensors, the cost still makes absolutely no sense.

We do not add separate labor charges to our safety eye installation so we do offer a flat fee for this service to include the labor, the electronics and any needed programming to make sure the motor functions as it should. We do have your signed invoice on file just under the line items disclosing all pricing as well. If this was not you that signed off on the repair work or you were not a the home to make the decision to have the repair done I would reach out to the decision maker for this service visit. The technician who came to fix three garage doors that became inoperative following hurricane Milton was John. He was exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, and arranged to obtain the replacement parts while he was at my home. He then left while the parts were being delivered. He returned later that same day, installed the needed parts, tested all three doors to make sure they were working properly before departing.
