We needed a spring replacement. Though expensive, Precision sent an excellent service man and he came out right away. The repair was fast and the service man knew exactly what he was doing. The garage door works great!

Several people on Neighbor Watch recommended you. On time. Very professional and courteous. Not a normal repair but after checking all the obvious was able to track it down. A wire knocked loose from the sensor by the bottom of door. Came out on Sunday with no extra charge. All around good company.

You never realize how much you use the garage until your door is broke. I messaged Precision garage door on Facebook (not expecting a response for a few days, like most companies) and I got a response immediately. I Was able to get all of my questions answered and an appointment right away, my garage door was fixed the next day and the service gentleman was nice, clean, polite and honest. I will definitely refer Precision door to every one!

Very Nice fast and efficient. One of my springs broke so they replaced them and also gave me a new rubber pad long cushion thing for the bottom of the door, where it meets the floor. It looks very nice. Very expensive but worth it.
