Chris was great! He explained everything prior to doing the work. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, like my garage door springs. He installed the new garage door opener motor, belt drive and rollers in less than an hour! My garage door opens and closes so much more quieter than before! And all this was done on a Sunday!

Invoice Date: 08-01-21 Technician: Chris (E) Stephens Chris called the day of the appointment, asked if he could come early - BONUS! I was at the store we both got here at the same time. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have lived here for 4 yrs always had an issue of some sort and no one to access the panel because of the height of the unit on the garage ceiling! Chris sold me an additional remote, programmed it, serviced my door. Gave me pointers of how to keep my door is good condition and all of my questions were answered when he left! Kuddos and thank you! Good business practice is appreciated and hard to find! And what company has a service team out on Sunday!

I had used Precision Door in the past and had always been satisfied. Yesterday I messed up a sensor doing some work in the garage. Justin came out determined it was just a loose wire connection. Fixed it with a smile and said no charge. They didn't even charge me for the trip, which I expected to pay. I didn't know they still made companies that do stuff like that. They could have told me it needed replacement and I would not have known any better. I will continue to use them in the future. Honest, reliable, refreshing!

I had used Precision in my previous home when a spring broke, and was very happy with their work and when a spring broke in a house we recently moved to, I called the again. Chris was very accomodating and efficient, especially when the project went from relacing a broken spring... to replacing the spring, adding an external keypad, moving the old garage door opener to a third single garage door, and installing a new garage door opener on my double garage, he got it done efficiently and was very helpful getting all the cars and their remotes up and good to go. Precision is in my list of contacts.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service. I had a bit of an emergency with my overhead garage door not working because the spring was broken. I wasn't able to get the latch to release so I could lift it manually. Essentially, my car was "trapped." Precision Door went out of their way to get a service technician to my house quickly. Chris S. called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was courteous, quick and explained everything well. I will definitely use them again!
