An issue with our existing 10-yr old opener was quickly diagnosed and we were given an option to repair or install a new opener. A new opener, keypad, and wall station were installed within an hour. As always with Precision they know what to do to correct the problem. If your garage door opener quits working. First check the plug to make sure it is plugged in tightly. That is what was wrong with mine, it just needed to be plugged in tightly. Wish I had know to check it before calling the repair man. Oh well live and learn.

I am writing this because I am absolutely Elated about the service or should I the entire experience of doing business with Precision Garage Door of Sarasota A Truly Professional company. I not only had the opportunity to communicate with the General Manager but was Blessed beyond Belief when Gilbert D. showed up exactly at 1 pm , I was given a window between 1 and 3 pm and preceded to accomplish an Excellent Job. In less than 3 hours this young man removed the old existing door and installed a new Garage door along with remotes. I only told him at the time that I was impressed, but I have to say I am in Awe. THANK YOU PRECISION !
