I choose Precision Garage Door Repair due to they were listed in the Verified Home Service magazine for Bradenton/Sarasota. I was given 3 possible options to repair my garage doors and provided an explanation with each option. I went with the Best option as my garage door openers are over 10 years old. The technician was very efficient and did a wonderful job. He actually arrived early and finished in a timely manner. II would give it a 5 star rating.

On a Friday afternoon our house took a lightning strike which fried our garage door openers. Called Precision on Saturday morning and they were able to get someone out that afternoon. Matt installed new openers that work great. He was personable, friendly and explained the whole system to us. Our internet was down so we were unable to search or do reviews, this was a cold call out of Home Mag and we couldn't be more pleased with the choice.

Both technicians were extremely helpful and very thorough in the assessment of what was wrong, and explained in detail what was needed to fix the problems. We were given choices and they had all the equipment needed on hand. We just saw an ad on TV with a promo code which would have resulted in lower pricing, but we had not seen the ad prior to them coming. Very prompt and wonderful service! Thank you!
