Definitely a 5 star! I had the pleasure of having Paul as our garage technician. What a polite and apparently knowledgeable young man. Thank you for providing such a quick response in repairing our broken spring, especially since we were unable to open the garage door to get our Jeep out of the garage. Contacted Precision Overhead Garage door 7:30 am, received a call back by 8 am! Josh, repairman, was prompt, called to notify me when he would be at my home, and answered all of my questions. Needed new springs as one had broken and these were original door springs, lasting almost 15 years. Found Precision recommended on Angie's list with many satisfied customers.

My garage door kept opening and closing without me using the remote. Example: I came home from work last Wednesday to find the door fully open and when I had gone to work at 8:45 in the morning it had been firmly closed! The repairman came Saturday afternoon, pulled the motherboard, check the rest of the system and tested it. So far, so good and I feel confident that he solved the problem, but he said that if he hadn't solved the problem just to call the office and we would try a new motherboard as the next step.

Sammy came to the garage glanced at the door opener and said that it was obsolete. That is all he did, he said that I would never find any repair parts, so it was time for a new one. on top of that he charged me $30.00 to do nothing, and I mean nothing. Never again I am finished with your company.

Your Service Dept responded promptly to my call for help to replace a garage door spring. Sammy, your service man, was good in keeping me informed as to his time of arrival and was very efficient in replacing the spring with in an hour. I contacted your firm due to the $29.95 service charge and the no overtime charge you advertise. For some reason these springs seem to break on week-ends. I was surprised at the cost of your repair of $330 , when I didn't pay much more for a similar job several years ago and it included O/T charges. You must have a way to hide it in your other charges for if this is your normal charge , then I would say you are much higher than your competitors ! Of course, I haven't been in the Maintenance field for several years so I"m always appalled at the cost of repairs now days. Other than the cost being excessive, I was impressed with Precision.

I picked you out of the phone book out of sheer desperation. My garage door broke (the spring) the night before and I could not even manually get my car out of the garage. Your ad said that you would come out TODAY, so I called. Doug was here sooner than I thought and was very professional...gave me some options and only took about an hour to for a new spring, cable, rollers and it is so quiet now. Great job! Thank you
