I picked your company for what I read about on line. I really like your company's approach to knowing that your technicians are screened and can be trusted to do a good job. I needed a new door opener since the last one was apparently shorted out by lightening strikes in the area. Doug your service technician was fabulous. He was thprough, meticulous and organized. He is what your company is all about. A very nice person in his own right. Your office staff was also very polite and respectful. I needed to have this door operational due to my wife needing to get to a doctors appointment. You made it happen and I thank you for that.

I called Precision because the contact information was on the garage door from when it was last serviced (for the previous owner.) The technician, Gaetano, was prompt and courteous. Great service. Technician arrived on time and replaced old opener. He set the new remote openers, outdoor keyboard security code and car opener and ensured we knew all about the new security features of our new opener. Not only was he courteous and friendly, he knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly.

We purchased our door several years ago and each Spring have it serviced. The door works wonderfully and is so quiet compared to our old door. The installers as well as the servicemen who come each year are polite, courteous and always call to let you know exactly when they will arrive. Door still looks brand new!
