I called Precision because the contact information was on the garage door from when it was last serviced (for the previous owner.) The technician, Gaetano, was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and provided thorough explanations. He definitely rates a "5"!

Great service. Technician arrived on time and replaced old opener. He set the new remote openers, outdoor keyboard security code and car opener and ensured we knew all about the new security features of our new opener. Not only was he courteous and friendly, he knew what he was doing and completed the job quickly.

We purchased our door several years ago and each Spring have it serviced. The door works wonderfully and is so quiet compared to our old door. The installers as well as the servicemen who come each year are polite, courteous and always call to let you know exactly when they will arrive. Door still looks brand new!

Excellent customer service. Next day appointment, which was needed as we found ourselves with a broken garage door and opener at our home. Replaced the opener in no time and it operates leagues above the old one. I will call them for any other garage door needs in the future.
