Both techs were very courteous and quick to identify the problem. I was told to have the door checked once a year. I had never been told that in the past. I was told I would get a reminder call in a year. I appreciated the advice and knowing I will have a reminder call in a year.

Did a nice job-quick, and knew what the problem was, and got it fixed....Needed new sensors.....And promised to return if we still have problems after this date....and also promised to apply money already spent to fix sensors today, toward another problem if this did not solve it, and door is not working tomorrow.

Today the springs broke on our garage door opener, causing a loud noise, and afterward we could not get the door to open, no matter what we did. It wouldn't budge. The installer had attached their number to our garage door so we called them. We weren't impressed with them, as they said the first available appointment was Tuesday, even though we told them our car was stuck in the Garage. My husband went to Google, and found Precision Garage Door and thought they looked reliable and their reviews were good, so he called them. They were courteous from the beginning of his call, and they set up an appt. for today, between 1:00 and 4:00. Gaetano, our technician was extremely helpful and explained our options to us. He made my husband feel better, when he told him we had an extremely heavy door, designed to withstand a hurricane. He is an asset to your company and was very professional.

I have used this company for installing a garage door and repair of it and they were very good. No problem recommending them to friends and family. However, ads on TV and website leads one astray. Same day exists, if and only if there is an opening and if and only if someone is in your area. One just needs to be lucky to get it.

Gaetano called before arriving and arrived within the time frame specified. He was able to recognize the issue I was having with my garage door opener and explained the options. After deciding to purchase a new opener, Gaetano installed in a timely manner and efficiently. Once the job was complete he took his time to explain the operation of the new system. He made sure he did not leave until I had all questions answered and was satisfied with everything. Great job and I would def recommend Gaetano to anyone!

As a snowbird, I keep a condo for the winter. After being away for 3 months. I came down for a brief summer visit. When I went to the garage to take my car out, the garage door wouldn't open no matter how hard I tried . I called Precision at 4:45 pm. We were very pleased with the gentleman that came out to fix our garage door. He was very polite, was up front with us as to what needed to be done. I was surprised that he came as late at 6PM but within an hour, he had our garage door working better than it has worked in years and he repaired the damages that one would have to look closely to see where it was damaged. I picked your company for what I read about on line. I really like your company's approach to knowing that your technicians are screened and can be trusted to do a good job.
