Dear Precision, Jeremy was our technician. He could not have been nicer or more helpful and was very professional. I like the way your whole company operates, such as introducing us to all your technicians by picture and bio in the e mail we first received confirming our appointment. That was nice to know ahead of time who to expect. I don’t know of any other company that does that. The price was very reasonable. The response from Precision when I called about my garage door problem was prompt and courteous So was the service by the technician, who was knowledgeable and fast in correcting the problem, which involved replacing parts. Equally prompt was the invoice, which was sent to my computer fifteen minutes after he had left. All in all, I was very satisfied the service, and my garage door has never worked more smoothly.

I have used Precision Garage Door twice, for an income property and most recently for my residence. The technician (the "expert") was on time, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Nine months ago after your service I wrote a glowing report and recommendation for your company and the technician who performed the job. This time I am not at all sure I could do the same. My following comments will have nothing to do with your technician, for he was polite and did his job. However, I am left with the feeling that I have been taken advantage of because I had to replace a circuit board only nine months old. Why in the world do you sell a product that doesn't even last one year? So, now I have spent another $165 with no guarantee it will perform correctly for more than a few months. Additionally, I understand you will be mailing a copy of the invoice and the warranties for the surge protector. I also want hard copies of each statement for which you required my initials. Evidently those items protect you from me, and I want to read exactly what they are. Additionally, on this form, under the topic "Purchase a new Product?" it does not allow me to list "circuit breaker or the surge protector" I think that is an oversight. At any rate, this time, I'm not too pleased with your company.

My garage door suddenly developed a big problem. Upon calling Precision help was sent that afternoon. Alex arrived promptly, explained carefully before and after completion. Now I have new spring, belt drive motor, sensors, remote/keypad, etc. It was as delightful and painless experience as it could be having that much work done. Now things are in order for a long time. Josh was five star, plus one for his animal control abilities. There was an armadillo living in my garage, creating havoc. Josh was so concerned about the frightened critter when he gently moved him out the service door before completing the repairs. He lubricated the joints and replaced a burned out capacitor.
