Professional service. Service rep was efficient and explained the work to be done clearly. However, like similar home repair services, Prercision does pad the bill with excessive charges for materials and service costs. While I was at fault for not being aware that both springs had to be replaced and that a nicked cable wire was "dangerous", trying to upsell the spring with a lifetijme ballbearing was a bit much. As was the $20 gas charge. Really. Add the $115 charge for each of two 6 foot cables. On the plus side, the service call charge was waived. Hopefully the garage door will not have to be serviced again for many years.

You replaced our garage door springs on 3/2/18 and the belt drive etc yesterday 12/3/18. Shocked at the additional charges yesterday of a $20 "fuel charge" . We never were charged this by anyone doing service at our home including you your service call last March. Also, your service call charge went from $29.95 to $49.95. I also read that if we have anywork done under the extended warranties that we would be charged another then current service call and probably another $20 "fuel charge". Very happy with the service the Brian's did.

Returned to Fl after 5 months and garage door seal stuck to cement and wouldn't open. Jason got it open, lubed all the appropriate places and got it working. Seth was very, very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Although the door worked perfectly for him, he lubed it and made sure there were no future problems he could detect. The only reason for only 4 stars is the 24/7 claim. My door did not work Saturday, and I had to make an appointment for Monday. Your anoying tv advertisement made me believe you would be here that day.

This was my first service call since having a new garage door and opener installed back in December 2017. Although you advertise same day service and weekends, I had to wait 3 days for the next available service technician. Fortunately the issue was nothing serious. Also, your ad does not indicate that there's a $29.95 Service Charge just to have someone come out and assess what the issue may be. This assessment took less than 2 minutes. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what may have been causing the issue. Overall we've been very pleased with the garage door and opener.

I had 2 cars in the garage and the door would not go up. I same that I had a broken spring and called Precision. They had a worker out in an hour and replace both springs and made a few minor adjustments to help the door work better. Can't say enough about the great service.

Came next day. Offered same day emergency at no additional cost - didn’t need that. Door was very sick. Stuck in up position, derailed & corners drooping, several wheels fallen off. 45 min later all was working great again. Hope never to need them again but if I do, Precision will be my first call.

5 stars! The repairman just left and I was very impressed with the service. He was well spoken, explaining everything in detail including all options for the repair. Once a plan was selected he swiftly and efficiently completed the repair and was paid and out the door in half an hour. I have used other garage door companies in the past but I will definitely be calling Precision for all my future repairs. Very impressed!

Gaetano arrived, introduced himself, identified the problem, made two adjustments to fix the problem, all within the first two minutes. We chatted about football while he was using a tablet to generate a receipt. First time I've seen a tech support application with voice recognition for describing the problem and resolution. So, great service form a professional technician, combined with the efficiency of technology. Why would you call any other company???
