Recently one of my garage door torsion springs broke. I contacted Precision Door Service to request a bid to repair/replace the torsion spring. The following day technician Austin arrived at our home and made a thorough inspection of the operation and safety of our garage door. Please keep in mind our garage door is twenty-four years old!! Austin reviewed his findings with me in great detail, recommending several things that needed addressed. The same day technician Thomas arrived and began the restoration process of our garage door system. Both Austin and Thomas were very courteous and professional, and it was quite obvious they knew what they were doing. I have no problem recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.

He recommended 3 replacement options from low-priced store-bought opener to two Liftmasters that he had on his truck. He explain all options fully and expertly. Precision did a great job, the doors and openers are quiet and hurricane strength ( let's hope we don't need to ever prove them) but it gives us peace of mind in the event we need the wind resistance. The install team was top notch. I highly reccomend this company!
