From start to finish Precision Door was excellent choice. I have been a critical consumer for almost 50years. After the quality work was completed, I knew this is a fine tuned company. My initial call to set up the appointment was professional, fast and painless. Our technician Josh called as instructed and showed up promptly. After Josh’s phone call I received a text reiterating the same eta along with a pic and brief bio of Josh. Josh assessed the issue gave me three different options and went to work. After he completed the job he of course had me test the door all was well with absolutely no mess left behind. #1 use this company with any garage door needs 2nd if possible get Josh. The only thing that was irritating was trying to get in touch the tech or installation people you have to go through the home office and they send a message to that person. Fantastic service! Installer (Kerry) called and asked if I would like to move my installation for earlier in the day which worked perfectly for me. Showed up on time and gave me several options and suggested several alternatives, which I preferred. After selecting the correct option for my needs, which included new springs and rollers as well as the garage door opener, Kerry began work who was later joined by his co-worker Alex. This was a special treat as working as a team the installation was done quicker than anticipated. Their professional and dedecation to seeing the installation was done correctly. Afterwards, they explained what they did and how it affect the performance of my garage door. Kerry even synced my car’s in built garage door opener to my new unit, as well as program my outside keypad. I felt assured that Alex and Kerry were professionals in both their job performances and their people skills. I highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs or a new garage door opener. The finishing touch was that there was no hidden up charges from the price quoted. Precision has a lifelong customer in me for all future services.

Joshua was the technician that came out to my house for the estimate. Prior to his arrival I received a text message notifying me that he was on his way, a small bio and photo. Very clean and presentable was both his uniform and vehicle. Joshua was knowledgeable and professional and took his time to survey, measure and explain all points regarding the job. my garage broke on a Friday night. My garage is set up as my man cave and is important to me to have the door to open. Lol. To be honest, I googled garage door companies and advertisement came up for yelp. I fill a lot of questionnaire and a bounce back With precision and two other companies. Because I saw precision open at 8 AM on Saturday I decided to physically call them versus waiting. They were able to set me an appointment for later on that afternoon. Joshua Robbins was my technician. It was a delight to work with . He was very professional, gave me many options to choose from, and definitely understood what he was doing. Excellent service! I called on a Friday afternoon, spoke with a real person, who was very nice and understanding, and a technician was able to be at my home the next morning. His name was Jack. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared with all parts needed to repair any problem I had. In two hours he had everything that I needed finished.
