Charged $250 for about a 20 minute job without telling my wife what the cost was before performing the work. What a ripoff. Nn my opinon the tech took advantge of the fact that I was not home at the time. I expect atleast a $100 refund on this but wont hold my breath..

The name, Precision, speaks for itself---product and employees. Kevin Phillips arrived promptly. Courteous and very knowledgeable in his profession of garage door instillation. We had the old type door with springs that was dangerous and loud. Now we have a very quiet safe garage door that works with an outside remote and two door openers in the cars. Kevin is outstanding and we love our garage door so much. Too bad the other neighbours in our community have the older garage doors. We'll definitely recommend you if asked. Kim and Nancy Gano

My garage door spring broke as I was going out to get the paper on Monday. Morning (7:30). I waited till 9:00 to call a friend who recommended "Precision". Sure glad I followed that advice. Dylan & Nick arrived around 10:45 and completed springs and rollers in about 40 minutes. Dylan & Nick were both very efficient, professional & courteous. I won't hesitate to call them again, or recommend "Precision" to a friend.

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the service performed by the Precision technician, Blake Furukawa. He was courteous with his telephone calls prior to coming on the job, very friendly and professional in his demeanor. Blake's knowledge was evident in what he was doing as the repairs were being made and was genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again, and recommend this company to others along with Blake as the repair technician.
