Came across the website in Google at around midnight when my garage door would not close, we gave it a call. A young lady answered the phone most courteous and helpful, scheduled the app and gave us the name of the technician. Blake, showed up ahead of time - much to my surprise . He was friendly and courteous, he fixed our garage door as promised and we are extremely happy with the service and the professionalism exhibited by Blake at our home. Extremely satisfied costumer!

After calling several companies for service on a late Friday, Precision was the only company that would come out the next day, everyone else wouldn't come out 'til the following Monday or Wednesday. My garage door would not close properly late in the evening. I went on several garage door repair sites and Precision had a 24 hour chat capability. Within 15 minutes, I had scheduled the appointment for the next day at a time that worked for me. Jesse, the tech, was supposed to arrive between 11 and 2. He called at 10 and said he was on his way and would be at my home in 25 minutes. He arrived in 20. He inspected the door, explained exactly what the problem was, and offered me several options -- including the prices on each option. I chose the one that best fit what I was looking for. In a little less than 2 hours, the work was done. I inspected it and noticed that there were 2 screws missing on the bottom bar of the garage. Jesse ran out to his truck, found two screws and bolts and installed them. I signed for the service and immediately the invoice was in my inbox. Jesse was polite and explained everything so that a novice like me could understand what needed to be done, what the choices were, the impact of those choices, and then what he completed so the problem was resolved. I HIGHLY recommend Precision for your garage door needs whether a repair or replace.

Spring broke on Friday. Called the company that installed the garage door. Could not come till Tuesday the following week. If we wanted service on Saturday, I needed to pay extra. Called Precision, Blake, the technician, came the very next day without charging me extra. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with service. Excellent service. Had garage door overhaul done 7 years ago. Garage door spring, rollers, drums cables all replaced. Repair included a Lifetime Warranty package. Spring broke this December 2015. Called for repair not expecting warranty to still be in effect! And it WAS! On top of that I had someone at the door within 10 minutes of my call. (I know that was just luck, a tech just happened to be in the area, but they did have someone scheduled to be out that same day) Found on Angie's List originally.

Once again, an excellent review. We placed an early morning phone call to make an appt. for a service tech. to make a repair on our garage door due to a severely loud noise upon opening. Within a few hours the tech. arrived and began work on the noise element. He evaluated what he felt was creating the loud noise and made corrections needed.
