Precision did a great job on our garage door. The tech quickly evaluated the broken springs and the condition of the rest of our hardware. He gave us all the options and recommendations for repair. Now we have practically a new door with a lifetime warranty, for a reasonable price. Thanks Precision!

The service was excellent! The job was done great and in the same day as the estimate. Great guy Tom that did the job. The only MAJOR downfall is that the parts are WAY overpriced. One of the parts being the middle plate with a bearing in it that was sold to me for $90 from Precision. I found the exact same piece for $15-$20 from another source. You get a lifetime warranty but believe that you pay for it in parts..

I was having issues with my garage door closing. In less than one hour after I called, Dylan May showed up. By then the garage door started working on its own. This wa a great experience. The repairman, Nick Mcadory, responded quickly. He explained everything so that I could understand the problem. Nick was one of the most professional, workmanlike repairman that I have ever met. He explained the operation and how each accessory works and how to set them. On top of all that the new garage door opener was very reasonable with the discount provided with Linear product.
