Our main garage door failed to open on a Friday evening, and a technician (Beau) was here the very next day, a Saturday, at Noon. He did a thorough inspection of both the main garage door and the golf cart door that are almost 10 years old. He determined that there were major repairs that needed to be done to both, including replacing both belts. The main one was completely broken, and the golf cart one was almost broken through. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly what he needed to do, and gave us a detailed estimate of what it would cost. He was very patient with answering all our questions. He cleaned up everything when he finished. I highly recommend this company if you ever need garage repair work done.

I replaced the door opener and all the parts of the door to make it work properly. My garage door was not working as it should since it had been installed by another company in 2017. There were many issues with it. It works great now, and very quiet. Joel was great and very knowledgeable. Thank you Precision!

Called for service before 7 am on a Saturday as my garage door was not working, and phone was answered promptly by a very pleasant, real person named Tim. Appointment made for service the same morning and technician Chris arrived right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing the problem with my garage door. After providing the estimate for the repairs, he went right to work (even in terrible heat) and finished in a timely manner. He explained my new system completely and provided options I could choose. I really appreciated Chris' soft-spoken manner and pleasant demeanor the entire time he was here. My door works perfectly and I'm very pleased with my experience with Percision Door Services.
