Joel was very professional and courteous. He found the problem with the door and fixed it within an hour. All the parts needed to fix it were on his truck! If I ever need garage door repair again I will definitely call Precision again! He repaired the springs, rollers and coupler....and at a very reasonable price! Thank you!!
