When we decided we needed to replace our 40+ yr old doors and openers we called Precision based on our daughter’s recommendation. She had her door repaired by Precision and said they were very honest and competent. And we totally agree! Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. Door Designers Laura and Scott helped us through the selection process. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The Precision team kept us in a communication loop with status updates while we waited for our doors to be built. Installation was impeccable! Our technician, John, was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is definitely an asset to Precision.
