Rapid response. Came Saturday morning after call Friday PM. I was impressed with the technician "Bo". He checked for proper support by the spring he had installed and replaced it with a stronger one. May have been due to the age of the original (24 years). As an engineer and handy man, I have experienced problems with obtaining information or parts for old systems. My entire experience was beyond expectations. As a former manager all observed aspects of the experience (including the truck, tools and etc.) indicated a superbly managed organization with attention to detail. I feel the cost was probably at the upper end of the range for competitors, but worth it.
