Pure luck…. finding Precision. I searched the Internet. My first encounter was as expected, on time, professional, efficient. The young tech, Mr. Izquierdo, came, inspected and made the necessary repairs. Unfortunately he had to come a second time because the garage door, on closure made a loud noise that I could not identify. It took seconds for him identify the problem and fixed it. It was an absurdly very rainy day. For him to get back into his vehicle and leave would have meant getting totally wet. In gratitude for his courteous manner, professional knowledge and expertise I tried to escort him to his vehicle with an umbrella. In doing so I slipped, lost my balance and fell to the ground. Only thanks to Mr. Izquierdo was I able to get up safely. Being 90 years old, I could not have done it by myself. I am most grateful to this young man for his help. Aside from being a well trained technician, he showed to be an outstanding human being. GRATEFULLY, THANK YOU MR. IZQUIERDO.

We had problems with garage opener equipment around 2-3 months ago, unfortunately it was not solved at that time. The problem continue until a technician came and checked and the openers were working after that, however, the same day it was working erratically, The same technician came and inspect it and found that the motor was not working properly and he advised to put a new one, he did talk to his superior. We called again, and the same day another technician came and put a new motor and it was working fine. So far we have no more problem. Both technicians were very courteous and with desire to solve the problem, which they did. They are knowledgeable in their field.

Scheduled between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Arrived approximately 3:30 pm. even after calling company twice to check on arrival time. Extremely expensive!!! Lubricated both garage door and simple motor tension adjustment...$340.00. Perhaps, that involved approximately 10-15 minutes. Needed spring replacement. However, didn't have one with him. Technician was polite and efficient.

Today, April 26, 2022, Precision Garage Doors came at 9:00 am and they started immediately preceded to remove the old garage door and replaced it with the new one, both installers were professionals and enjoyable to talk to. The work was completed at approximately 2:48 pm. Precision from the salesman, follow-ups, and installation was done professionally. They are customer friendly and do great work. Terrible customer service. I have had to hound them for an estimate and to this day still have not received it. Getting in contact with them is extremely difficult and they take very long to respond to your messages. Very unprofessional. I went with another company and got my garage door installed within 1 week. This experience has been ridiculous.
