Superstars. Should be 10 Stars. Process Fast, Simple and Easy. They came out to St. Augustine from their Home Base in Jacksonville. Gave an estimate and scheduled the install in less than a week. As a matter of fact the door is Hurricaine Rated to 130mph. The door fits tight on entire perimeter. And they trimmed it up and moved the keypad. All new tracks and springs and includes a 15 year warranty. Excellent workmanship and the two technicians were awesome. Install in 2 hours. They took the old door and cleaned up like no one was there. . In sum this was a pleasurable transaction. The ownership/management is obviously serious about the way they run this company and it resonates in their perfectly choreographed process. They even took care of the Permit! No brain damage. I highly recommend Precision. Finally their price was very fair and I’m glad I hired them. Thank you Precision.

1. Very good service. The repairman was obviously knowledgeable customer oriented. In addition to the spring replacement he inspected the rest of the opener and pointed out other problems I was unaware of. My initial reaction to "other problems" was he was trying to increase the price. However, he did not hesitate to show me the areas of concern and the additional problems were obvious with failure eminent. 2. The reason I called your company was your rating (number of stars and the number of people that responded in that rating) online caught my attention.

To whom this may concern: I called local Precision Door office on Sunday morning, they said a service person would be on site Monday morning between 8-10am. He came at 8:05, wow this means so much to me as I can not afford to sit around and wait all day! The service guy had the parts on the truck, replaced spring, open and close bracket support, bearings, and oiled hinges, etc. Was done by 9:45 and on his way! We had an issue with the garage door in our 2-car garage not closing. Wes quickly diagnosed the problem (a poor wire connection in the safety sensor) and repaired it. He also showed me how to properly lubricate the door, and then adjusted the balance and travel of our two garage doors. He also installed back-up power batteries for our garage door openers. Throughout the process, he carefully and thoroughly explained everything about the function and maintenance of our garage doors. I was very impressed and appreciative.
